About ME

Picture

My name is Steve Yacoub and here is my story...
I am currently fighting Stage 4 Colon Cancer with mets to the liver as of April 1, 2020.   I have undergone 16 chemo treatments so far, Y-90 Radioembolization.  I also had a colon resection/liver tumor resection/gall bladder removal/implantable hepatic chemo pump in February, 2021 by Sloan Memorial.    Recent diagnosed with Lung Mets.
Last year for several months I was told chemo for life, maybe 2-5yrs to live, and not a surgical candidate.  But with multiple opinions, and perseverance, I believed in the universe, fought hard, and each month closer to NED! (No evidence of disease)

I want to give people hope.  Motivating myself and others has been a passion of mine.  I also have a garage gym where I workout, lift, and even Powerlift.  @ironjunkiesgym
